1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the as666 website at as666.pro (the "Platform"), registering an account, or placing any wager or bet on the as666 Platform, you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the as666 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the as666 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the as666 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. as666 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a human individual. Registrations made by automated scripts, bots, or any non-human process are prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the as666 Platform or under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You may only hold one registered account on the as666 Platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

as666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and any pending withdrawal requests may be withheld pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the as666 Platform, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal full name, Pakistani mobile number (in 03xx format), date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it whenever any information changes.

as666 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the as666 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). as666 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to applicable payment method limits.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your as666 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits made via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK) are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which is typically instant for Raast and same-business-day for standard bank transfers.
• as666 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are solely your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by as666 within the same business day of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
• as666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including CNIC copy, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not indicative of any wrongdoing.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld where there is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or where account verification is pending.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

as666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, first-deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting enhanced odds. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. as666 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion will specify its own minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement (turnover requirement), minimum odds, eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions where they conflict.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means thirty times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal).
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your as666 account. Real-money funds are used and wagered before bonus funds by default.
• as666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where it suspects abuse or manipulation of the promotion by any player or group of players.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the as666 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform and should be read in conjunction with these general rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. as666 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except where as666 has made a manifest error (see below).
• as666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed failure. Void bets will be refunded to the player's as666 account balance in full.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded prior to bet acceptance are void and will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of as666's trading team is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and player and are displayed within the betting interface. as666 may apply individual bet limits to specific accounts at its sole discretion.
• For PSL cricket, international cricket, and other Pakistani sporting events specifically, as666 follows the official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). Abandoned, forfeited, or incomplete matches are settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Casino game outcomes are determined exclusively by certified random number generator (RNG) systems and cannot be influenced by as666, its staff, or any third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available upon request.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the as666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts, multiple accounts, or accounts registered under false identities).
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using matched betting techniques in contravention of promotion terms, or colluding with other players to exploit promotion mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Using the as666 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any form of cheating in live dealer or multi-player game environments.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing as666 staff or other players via the Platform's live chat, support channels, or any other communication medium.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any as666 software or platform component.

8 Responsible Gaming

as666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered as666 players and are accessible from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once your loss limit is reached, no further wagers will be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified duration of continuous Platform use.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the as666 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any as666 Intellectual Property without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• as666 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• as666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• as666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other pecuniary loss.
• as666's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your as666 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• as666 is not liable for any losses resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, regulatory interventions, or any other event beyond as666's reasonable control.

11 Privacy

as666 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account and using the as666 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments of as666 include:

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and banking partners) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transactions.
